How we make
The PM, APM, Sewing Technicians, the Floor In-charge personnel, Supervisors, Pattern Master, Sample Makers, Cutting Master are all highly experienced dependable people who are efficient to deliver timely output. The Machine Operators are skilled hands who know their jobs fairly well. Since we give special importance on quality which is the yard-stick of our works, our work-force for Quality Control comprising 30 skilled persons are, indeed, a force for our buyers to reckon with. Our sample makers are highly efficient in making samples. Our total production team on the floor is composed of 360 working hands (besides 40 office staffs), 85 percent of whom are females within age of 18 to 30. Strictly, we do not employ Child Labor. We have highly experienced Executives who look after the affairs of banking, imports, exports & customs etc. Officers of store department look after stores and control inventory management system within the factory and outside the factory.
Our capacity
Image Garments Ltd is one of the few RMG factories in Chattogram that are fully equipped with latest machines and facilities. It has a capacity to produce 70,000 - 1,00,000 pcs per month (based on workmanship) with a total 400 workers in 04 to 06 lines. We deliver within 70/90 days upon confirmation of orders with all other details.
Our Technology
All the machines are environment-friendly. The factory uses LED lights, Over 90% of the machines are operated by servo motors for energy efficiency. There are water purification system backed by RO and UV for drinking water and other hygienic facilities to ensure healthy lifestyle.
Certification & Projection
Image Garments Ltd. has a yearly turnover of USD. 3.0 million (approx) with total assets worth 0.60 million. It received the allotment of 02 acres of Industrial plot at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar (BSMSN), Mirsarai through BGMEA by BEZA. We have achieved Amfori BSCI accreditation, Higg Facility Social & Labor Module (FSLM), Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) & also Certificate Global Recycled Standard (GRS). It has a long and trustworthy relationship with banks based on zero incidence of loan or forced loan till now. Till now, it has never experienced any stock lot issue.
