“Land-lease Agreement” with investor members of BGMEA
Image Garments Ltd. signed agreement to lease 02 acre land at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpanagar
Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), Prime Minister’s Office has signed “Land-lease Agreement” with investor members of BGMEA for establishing Garments Village at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpanagar on March 15, 2021 at Ruposhi Bangla Grand Ball Room, InterContinental, Dhaka.
Image Garments Ltd. has been one proud investor among 41 members signing agreement to lease 02 acre of land in this project. Ms. Shafqat Anwar, Director signed the agreement on behalf of the Company.
The program was chaired by Mr. Paban Chowdhury, Executive Chaiman (Secretary), BEZA. Mr. Helal Uddin Ahmed, Senior Secretary, Ministry of Local Govt, Rural Development & Cooperatives; Mr. Md. Mustafizur Rahman, PAA Secretary, Ministry of Land and Dr. Rubana Huq, President BGMEA ornamented the event as special guests. Dr. Ahmad Kaukaus, Principal Secretary to the HPM graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Emphasis on safety and convenience
There are 03 large stairways for 17500 sft single floor and 6000 sft Dining Hall. The full factory space and machines are lighted with LED tubes which is for better workmanship. The use of Servo motors and LED tubes resulted in a totally carbon free factory. As good as manufacturers it has attained Amfori BSCI accreditation (DBID: 340196 and Audit Id:145497) since 2015.
